Before the property wakes up

Everything you need to know before anyone else arrives.

FABS is an executive operating system that helps hospitality leaders run hotels, resorts, restaurants, marinas and hospitality businesses from one daily operating platform. We don't compete with hospitality software. We unify and orchestrate it.

Running a property means checking five to ten systems every morning.

A PMS, a POS, an accounting package, a payroll platform, a maintenance system and a reputation tool. Every one is right about its own slice — and none of them tells you why labour is over budget, why guests are unhappy, or why you spend the first two hours of the day chasing department heads for numbers.

So executives rebuild the picture by hand, in spreadsheets, every single day. And ownership gets a version of the truth thirty days late.

The picture gets rebuilt by hand. Every single morning.

The turn

FABS becomes the executive operating layer that connects every hospitality system into one daily operating picture.

It reads the systems you already run — PMS, POS, accounting, payroll, maintenance — overnight, and tells you exactly what needs your attention today.

01

What changed overnight

Every system is read before you arrive. You see movement, not raw data.

02

What needs a decision

A short list of exceptions — not a dashboard you have to interpret.

03

Who owns it

Every number has exactly one accountable executive. No ambiguity in the room.

04

Why it happened

The cause is shown with the number, and the source of the number is labelled.

FABS does not replace your systems. It sits above them and runs the business.

What changes for the executive

Before

  • Two hours assembling reports from five to ten systems.
  • Department heads arrive with different versions of the same week.
  • Problems are discovered when the month closes.
  • Decisions are made in a hallway and never written down.

After

  • The day is briefed before you arrive.
  • One set of numbers, one accountable owner per number.
  • Exceptions surface the morning they happen.
  • Every decision is recorded, with its outcome measured later.

Instead of spending two hours building reports, you start managing the property in minutes.

Choose your hospitality business.

Same platform, same methodology underneath — told in the language of the business you actually operate.

…or choose the conversation that matches your seat.

You don't have to start with everything

Start with one revenue center. Expand when you're ready.

Many organisations begin with Food & Beverage — pool bar, restaurants, breakfast, banquets — prove the operational value, and expand to the rest of the property over time.

Foundational Analysis™

Every deployment begins with evidence.

How it works underneath

An operating methodology, expressed as enterprise software.

For buyers who want to go deeper: this is the architecture behind the four answers above.

Executive Operating Intelligence™

The engine behind every recommendation — explainable, owner-graded, and never estimating where fact is expected.

Integration First™

FABS reads your PMS, POS, accounting, payroll and reputation systems. Nobody re-keys data. Enter once, use everywhere.

The Capability Catalog™

You don't buy modules. You install capabilities and move the asset up a five-level maturity ladder.

Operational Truth™

Every claim is graded — demonstrated, validated, assumed or future capability — and every number declares whether it is live, imported, estimated or manual.

The Operating Rhythm™

Day, week, month, quarter, year, life of the asset. Executives navigate time, not software menus.

About the founder

Built by an operator who ran the buildings first.

FABS was founded by Francisco “Franco” Antonio Blanco, a career hospitality executive: 25+ years across resort operations, food and beverage leadership and premium beverage, more than 200 hospitality operational analyses and consultations, and founder of House of Food Porn (2016) — a 5.0 Tripadvisor rating across 700+ verified reviews and a top-five position in Miami fine dining.

Every principle in the platform came out of running real properties with real ownership groups. The software exists because the methodology worked first.

Where we are

We are placing FABS with a small number of founding properties.

The platform architecture is complete and frozen. We are preparing our founding deployment — one property at a time, run directly by the founder. If you run a property or a portfolio and want to be part of that, the conversation starts with a demonstration.
